The Villa Prokopios is 140 m² and has extensive outdoor terraces in natural stone and a paved area around the swimming pool. The ground floor has a large open-plan living room with a fully fitted kitchen and a dining area, a master bedroom and a bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave etc.

The 1st floor has the 2nd master bedroom, a small kitchen, a small fridge and a toilet with a shower. The living room with one double sofa-bed opens on to a large balcony with beautiful view over St. George’s beach and Naxos town. Totally they are 2 master bedrooms, and an extra room 9m² with a sofa-bed that has access from the terrace in the ground floor and three double sofa-beds in the living rooms. Maximum sleep 8 people. Outdoor barbeque - shaded seating area next to the pool.

 

Distances: Naxos town and the beach of Ag. Prokopios -> about 5 minutes driving distance.
